We are migrating our domain to hubspot but was previously used as a client facing API endpoint. We transitioned almost everything away from the domain we are going to be using for our Hubspot site but I was trying to setup 301 redirects for a few urls that would make the migration much easier.
I found the COS URL Mapping tool but it appears to only work for GET requests. If I try POSTing to the url I get a 403 Forbidden response. Is there anyway to setup a 301 redirect on our hubspot site that properly redirects POST requests?
The URL mapping tool is only intended to provide redirects for site visitors, which is why it can only handle GET requests. I’m not aware of any plans to allow for redirecting other types of requests. If you have the inclination, I would encourage you to check out the Ideas Forum on the HubSpot Community. There, you can create a post including your use case that product and other customers can see.
