403 response from Forms API


My form submissions to the Forms api have worked correctly for months, then suddenly started returning errors overnight, with no changes on our end.

I see the other post below that was made a few days ago about this same topic (403 Error From External Post to Forms API), but I believe our error is different — as noted, it’s been working for months before suddenly stopping.

I see other Q&A responses from HubSpot employees online (e.g. 403 Access Denied on Form API - Submit data to a form) that make me think we’ve been temporarily suspended/blacklisted somehow? I do see a series of spam attempts from our internal logs at around the same time — could that be the cause? If so what’s the policy here? How long should we expect our access to be offline?
