We seem to have hit the daily limit. No one on your support staff can tell me that we actually made 40,000 calls since midnight and when those calls were made. Can you please provide more insight and reset us please? We are not processing forms and can't afford to go the rest of the day without.

I can investigate your API request traffic, but in general we don't reset limits. As a side note, the form submissions endpoints are not affected by the 40k daily limit, so unless you're using a different API (like contacts) to process form submissions you shouldn't see any interruptions in form processing.
