500 Create new portal

I registred a new account a couple of days ago, but since then I havn’t been able to create a new portal. I’m getting a 500 error with the following response.

Something on my end I’m missing?

Hi @Kaj

Do you have a first name and last name set up for your user in HubSpot? We’re working on a fix for this, but if you don’t have a name set up, adding your first and last name will probably get around that error.
