504 timeout issues

When I make this call https://api.hubapi.com/email/public/v1/events?appId=20185&hapikey={omitted}&limit=1000

i get this error: The remote server returned an error: (504) Gateway Timeout.

Hi @irichner,

If you try requesting fewer events (e.g. limit=500) are you still seeing these timeout errors?

No, If I limit it to 500 it works. When I use campaignID I’m able to get 1000 per request. Why can’t I do that with appID?

It will allow me to download some events but it does eventually time out reporting the same error. I’ve tried 500 and 250, I’m currently running with 100 to see if it still errors.
