Abandon Cart hubspot

I want to update registered user abandon cart to hubspot from prestashop. Is there any wary to update the values.

Hi @addmakes02,

I would recommend using the contacts API for that purpose. You can create custom properties (e.g. ‘Abandoned Cart Items’) and use them to populate emails. You could also enroll contacts in workflows to automatically send the abandoned cart emails:

If the abandoned cart info is stored in contact properties, you’ll want to use the Contacts API:
