For reporting potential outages or other failures of the HubSpot APIs
We’re rolling out the Outages category to provide a way for members of the HubSpot Developer Community with at least trust level 1* to report major outages or failures of the HubSpot APIs. While the entire forum is regularly monitored, posts to the Outages category will provide additional notification to relevant individuals. This category is a dedicated channel for community members to report significant outages/issues to HubSpot.
In general, existing and functioning integrations that begin failing or receiving errors from the HubSpot APIs make good candidates for Outage category posts. Unexpected errors while testing new code or errors/issues not directly related to the HubSpot APIs are better suited for another relevant category.
