So in CRMs like SalesForce and Dynamics, I can add buttons to the UI and the buttons can fire off 3rd party tools or integrated applications. Is it possible to add the same kind of action button to the HubSpot CRM so that I could do something like launch a webinar from a contact record or select from a list of content that is specific to a phase in my deal pipeline?
You should be able to use the CRM Extensions API, which I’m attempting to use right now. Actually on the phone with Hubspot customer support trying to figure out a permissions issue to use it.
