Add hyperlink to contact property under Sales

How can I add a custom property on a contact which will basically contain html code for which will contain a link for a user to click on

Hi @carolynebrownlee,

Contact properties store values in plain text, and can’t hold hyperlinks. You could instead create a note on the contact record with the hyperlink you’re trying to add.
