API key permissions with Bloom

Hi there,

I have a problem when I generate my API key and enter it on Bloom (wordpress plugin).
I have the following message : This apiKeys (……) does not have proper permissions! (requires any of [contact-lists-access, contact-lists-read])

But I am the super administrator so I don't understand.
Is it because I have a free Hubspot marketing account ?

Hi @Sandrine_Lassalle,

It's possible that's the issue, since HubSpot Free portals don't have access to lists. If the Bloom integration requires access to the Contact Lists API, then you won't be able to connect a HubSpot Free account. I'd recommend reaching out to the creators of Bloom for more info on exactly which APIs they require access to.
