Call logs and statistics


Hi there,

Is there a way to access the call logs and statistics via the API? sales guys have started using the call features quite a bit and we need to track their times on the phone (minutes and calls per day). I had a look at api documents and can’t see anything there.

This isn’t something that’s currently available through the API, though some of this information is available on the Sales Dashboard.

We are working on some new APIs to get engagements (which would include calls), we’ll have an announcement here once those new APIs are ready to go.
