Can't pull more contacts after initial 100

Hello. I can’t seem to get any more contacts after I pull the initial 100. I am following what this page says: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/contacts/get_contacts. I use the vid-offset I get from the first call in my next one but it just returns the same set of contacts. Any help would be much appreciated!

You should use both the vidOffset and timeOffset values you get from the initial response:

developers.hubspot.com

Get all contacts | Contacts API

GET /contacts/v1/lists/all/contacts/all - For a given portal, return all contacts that have been created in the portal.
