Changing a field for all contacts within a Smart List

This is just an example of what I’d like to be able to do but if I have a Smart List with users made of Contact Property Subscription = “Daily”, is there an easy way to change every user in that SmartList’s Subscription to something else (“Weekly” for example)?

You can use a workflow to do that. You can enroll the list in a workflow, with the action of the workflow being to update a contact property.
