We need the ability to export chat conversations to excel - in order to best build a bot and understand the places where live chat agents need more training. This is a critical functionality we can make great use of!

Hi @Candelaria_Zangari, at the moment, there's not an export function within Conversations, nor do we have a public API endpoint to retrieve Conversations from a contact timeline as this thread discusses: Create, edit, delete, get conversation using API. That data will need to live in HubSpot for the time being.

Is there a way to export conversation history? We're hoping to use the conversation history to help create a chatflow.
