We have a form embedded in a landing page 1. On submit of the form, leads to landing page 2. We are trying to access the data submitted in form from page 1 in page 2 thru contact variable ({{contact.property_name}}).
But we are not getting the form values (contact properties) consistently in page 2. Did anyone face this issue?
Personalization tokens and smart content will not work on a thank you page immediately redirected to after a visitor submits a form. There isn't enough time between the form submission and when the visitor navigates to the next page for HubSpot to finish processing the submission. If you need information from the form to be passed to the thank you page, you'd be better off passing information as query parameters to your next page.
