Custom API Limit Issue

We are creating a custom API with Qualtrics our VoC survey provider and are running into an API limit issue. As an enterprise account, we are allowed 44,000 API calls a day, but our dev team is saying that with the current set up, they are limited to only 44 API calls a day. How do we increase this limit to 2,000-3,000 with this custom API? Thanks! Nick


Hi @nmartin,

The standard API limit for accounts without the API add-on is 40,000 requests per day and 10 requests per second. I'm not aware of any Enterprise-specific limits, however it's possible that you could have been grandfathered into some tier as it looks like you've been with HubSpot for a while.

To confirm, could you provide your Hub ID?

Additionally, how is your dev team determining the 44 API call per day limit? Are they using this endpoint? If so, could you share some of the responses below?
