I have a client that Hubspot created a custom theme for us. But when I login to the FTP portal I cannot see the new theme just the original Vast Theme. Modules are showing up but not pages, blogs, etc. Other clients this is working fine, just not for this specific client.
Can you give me a link to the portal in question, and some more details about what you can/can't see in app? It sounds like all assets are visible in app, just not via FTP, is that correct?
