Develop get contact api, so all user need developer account?

i create contact api, but all time authentication issue with call api time..so every time new user can set the permission required?

What authentication error are you seeing? Can you copy it into your response?

If you have created an OAuth integration, are you refreshing your app's access tokens every 6 hours?
