Does HubSpot offers API for the Calls tool?

Greetings community, thanks for your time.

At my company we are interested in integrating a third party cloudPBX system with HubSpot so we can use HubSpot calls while paying only for our current cloudPBX system.

Any of you guys think this is even possible? I doubt so but would love any guidance on the topic.
