Ecomm Bridge - Sync isn't associating Deal with Contact

I'm having trouble getting a deal associated with a contact via an Ecomm Brige sync message. I have a contact with an integratorObjectId of "2", and When I sync a deal, I am sending the following parameter:
"hs_assoc__contact_ids":"2"
However, the deal is not being associated with the contact. I've seen other unresolved posts regarding this issue as well. Has anyone figured it out?

Could you share the full request URL and body? Additionally, could you clarify whether you're attempting to create new deals with the association or update existing deals?
