Ecommerce Bridge API Install


I'm getting an error message "EComm install process not complete. Check the status at /installs/status" when trying to do a sync-messages call. I did make the 'installs' request and when I check the status using 'installs/status', I get the following response.
"installCompleted": true,
"ecommSettingsEnabled": false

I just want to know if I'm missing something?

Would appreciate any insight into this.

Since the installCompleted field is true, the installation was successful. But since the ecommSettingsEnabled field is false, your settings haven't actually been turned on. You'll need to update your ecomm settings using the following endpoint (make sure to set enabled to true when you're ready to go live).
