I am a salesman that need to start using a CRM to help me organize tasks, contacts, and insure that i follow through on perspective clients. I also need to give my boss reports on who and when i contact so he know not to assign the client to another salesman. I was wondering if the free version of hubspot will do this or if I need to go to the paid version. Can someone that is familiar with the tool give me some perspective. Thank you in advance.
@techforay the free CRM will allow you to organize your tasks, contacts, etc. You will most like need the reporting add-on to get the level of reporting you are looking for.
