Fetching contact's data by email

Hi,

I am using the PHP sdk to fetch, sync or update data.

When I use the email to get data from hubspot it some times throw exception and the process fails (Some times the error is - "No records found .."). We are using webhooks for this process. When a for submits we make that webhokk call with raw input then fetch the data.

Can you tell me what could be the reason?

I'm not sure I'm entirely clear on your situation. Can you give me an example of a raw request you're making to HubSpot, and the error you're getting back?
