Form submission via API returning 500 error on production servers



I’m submitting multiple forms via the API to HubSpot. Everything works as expected on our local environments but when we deploy to production or staging they fail with a 500 error. The code is obviously the same so I’m thinking maybe there’s a whitelist of domains/IPs to accept form submissions from?

Any advice on where to start debugging this? I have all local, staging and production URLs in HubSpot under sites.

Can you post the full error response here? There should be some more information in the response body that might be useful in troubleshooting.
