Freshdesk Integration Contacts Ticket Activity & Content

Hi,

We currently use Freshdesk to supply support to our customers.

Can you please advise if it possible to integrate the two platforms so that we are able to see Freshdesk ticket activity and associated content within the activity feed within any given content contacts profile?

Yes you can @Pete_Legg!! There are a number of pre-built integrations out there that you can use. I found this link on their site for starters.

Hi,

Thanks for coming back to me so promptly.

Unfortunately, the app within Freshdesk only allows Hubspot to talk to Freshdesk.

We require Freshdesk to talk with Hubspot and for ticket content within Freshdesk to be visible within Hubspot contact profiles.

Can you advise if this is possible?

@Pete_Legg Which integrations have you looked at? Have you looked into 3rd party ones like Bedrock or Zapier?

Hi,

Unfortunately, Zapier can’t provide us with what we require however, I’ll look into Bedrock as this integration has yet to be investigated.
