I have created a application against my develop portal, then I want to use webhook for Deal.
I ran into a http 403 (no permission to access the server) when I try to test the url of webhook. I know we need to setup OAuth first. But I am not sure how to perform this. Is there any documents or sample I can refer to? Thanks!
