We insert html into a contact property which allows a personalization token to just be dropped into emails. The html then easily renders. Has a changed occurred in the email app? We are seeing some portals still output the html properly once send and some portals are escaping the html into text. Both examples were using the same base HubSpot email template.
I’m not aware of any recent changes that would have affected this. Can you send me a few examples where you saw this working and where it wasn’t working?
This is definitely a change for newer portals. It was confirmed with an internal source. Working on follow up and next steps.
