Hubspot not working in wordpress

Good day

Hope you are well.

We are using the new version.
When we go through the process to connect wordpress with our hubspot account it opens the whole hubspot dashboard in wordpress. Then when we refresh the page the hubspot ID does not show in wordpress the activation form comes up again -

when this happens we try again and when we log into hubspot we se 2 ore more of the same account. Why is this happening?
