Hubspot UTK capture

We use Segment and pass our form fill data from our proprietary database to Segment, to HubSpot. It’s not passing the HubSpot cookie however.

SO when users are created in hubspot they are referenced as offline source and we are not able to capture their site behavior data.

How can we remedy this and capture hte hub utk so we can get all of that data.

Hi @stochsionic,

I'm not familiar with the methods Segment uses to pass information to HubSpot; I would recommend reaching out to Segment to start troubleshooting the requests that they're making to HubSpot. If they're sending the hubspotutk to HubSpot and it's still not appearing on the contact record, I'd be happy to dig into an example contact and help debug an example request they're making.
