Integrating application with Hubspot

We have developed an application using Hubspot APIs. The application fetches the Hubspot contacts and provides more information about that particular contact using Datafinder (http://datafinder.com/) tool.

We now want to integrate this application with Hubspot.
We followed the instructions mentioned here

To start the process of becoming a certified integration in the HubSpot ecosystem, you will need to pass some important information on to the HubSpot team and meet some specifications.

and applied for HubSpot Certified Integration partner program couple of times. But we have not got any response from Hubspot.

Can you please help us with this below queries?

1. Please let us know if becoming a partner is mandatory if we want to integrate and publish our app in Hubspot marketplace.
2. Please let us know what steps needs to be followed, if we want to integrate our app with Hubspot and publish it on the Hubspot marketplace?

Becoming a partner isn’t mandatory for creating an app, but it is a requirement for having the app published in the list of Featured Integrations .

Do you have the email address you used to fill out the form, or the website that you listed?
