We're getting an internal error when running the Ecommerce get setting call. Why is this happening?

Could you clarify whether you are trying to retrieve the settings for your production portal or an installed app?

  • If you wish to retrieve the settings for your production portal, please provide your production Hub ID.
  • If you wish to retrieve the settings for an installed app, please provide your app ID and developer Hub ID.
