Internal Server Error (500) on GET /contacts/v1/lists

Hi, I’ve recently received two Internal Server Error (500) responses when trying to get the contact lists via the API at the following times:

• 2016-09-01 09:55 pm
• 2016-09-01 05:56 pm

Any idea what the problem could be?

I haven’t seen any reports of general issues with contacts or contact lists, and I’m not seeing any problems getting lists in a few test portals today. Did you happen to record the response body for those errors? Are you still seeing errors now, and if you are, can you send me your Hub ID so I can take a look at your portal?

I’m afraid not, we didn’t record the response body and we’re no longer seeing the errors. I’ll add any other information we can gather in the future.
