Lead Flow Pop-Up not showing thank you message on BigCommerce

Hi @Joseph_Bachir,

It appears there is some external JavaScript that is interfering with the lead flow. Can you try removing/disabling some of the external scripts you have on that page and testing the lead flow?

Just to make sure that we’re on the same page, do you have a lead flow that is working, except it’s not showing the thank you message? Can you reach back out with a link to the page where you’re seeing this behavior?

Yes, once you click “sign up” the pop up doesn’t do anything. However, the contacts are still being added to the list. You can find the pop up on https://www.bluntpower.com/
