It’s not listed in the Companies API documentation, but I noticed that hitting .../companies/v2/companies with a GET request returns a list of all companies. Why is this endpoint not mentioned in the docs? Can we use it?
That endpoint isn’t listed in our docs because it is not supported for public consumption (yet). While you can access it, until it is publicly supported we can’t guarantee ongoing access, we wouldn’t be able to support you in using it, and the API is likely to continue to change for a while yet. Unannounced breaking changes are a very real possibility.
We definitely plan to expose batch endpoints for Companies and Deals, but don’t yet have a timeline for when we will be releasing this functionality to customers and partners.
