Looking for alternative way to disable double opt-in (donot want to purchase marketing Start)

I am using API Form (Sales Pro) and every time contact created "Email confirmation" send to client.
Is there any way to disable double opt-in ? I do not want to purchase Marketing Starter as I am looking other option.

Hi @Himalayanglacier, there is no way to disable double opt in for Free portals at this time, so there's not a way to stop that email from being sent. You'd have to get Marketing Starter at $50/month to stop the DOI email from being sent.
