Looking to hire a developer

I have a client that recently switched from Microsoft Dynamics to HubSpot CRM and there are two features that are missing from the out of the box CRM that he needs. The first is a currency conversion from USD to CAD (dropdown if possible) and vice versa. The second need is Expected Factored Revenue (called "Expected Revenue" in MS Dynamics). I don't know where to start, so we're looking to hire someone to do it for them. Is there anyone here that can create these two things or point me in a direction?
