Need endpoint to log an activity under a Deal

Hi,

I am trying to perform activity logging under a Deal by using API. But, I didn’t find any endpoint to make that happen. Is their any endpoint or some way to do that? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @smarterme,

Yes. The engagement type (e.g. CALL, EMAIL, MEETING, etc.) will determine the engagement’s type, and the associations (e.g. vids, companyIds, dealIds, etc.) will determine where the engagement appears.

You’ll want to use the Engagements API, and include the deal’s ID under the engagement’s dealids field:
