Not able to see custom integration after generating initial token

I am unable to see my custom integration after generating initial tokens.

I was able to replicate the behavior you're describing, but please provide more information in the future. For example:

  • Where were you looking for the custom integration? In a test account's settings? In your production account's settings?
  • What is the Hub ID to which you connected your custom integration?
  • What is your app ID and developer account ID?

If you include all the information we need to troubleshoot, you will receive more timely responses.

That said, the team has identified the issue and should be implementing a solution in the immediate future.
