When updating properties on an existing contact via /uploads/form/v2/account_id/form_key, I was unable to set a property with value previously to blank. I can however set it to another value.
Please advise on what could be the cause, and solution.
Form submissions cannot set properties to blank values. Submitting a form with a blank value doesn't necessarily imply that previous values should be cleared; therefore blank values from form submissions are ignored. This is true for HubSpot embedded forms and for submissions to the forms API. If you need to clear contact property values, you should use the Contacts API:
