I believe this is because your user in account 5130391 does not have full permissions to all contact scope-related objects (including companies, deals, tasks, and settings). See below:
If you are given Bulk delete and Export permissions, then you should be able to connect the integration. Failing that, you may have to be made a Super Admin or have a different Super Admin connect the app.
