We're trying to keep our Contact lists fairly well organized using the folder system in HubSpot. This works great when we manually create a contact list through the HubSpot UI, but we also heavily rely upon Zapier to create registration lists for the 500+ events we host every year. Currently we're going into HubSpot once a week just to organize Zapier created these lists into various folders depending on the degree program and event type (full-time mba class visits, part-time mba information session, webinar, etc).
Does the API have a way to place Zapier created lists into a folder? This would save us a few hours every week.
There's isn't currently a way to manage list folders via the API. I can totally understand the use case for that, though; if you have the inclination, I would encourage you to check out the Ideas Forum on the HubSpot Community. There, you can create a post including your use case that product and other customers can see.
