Our form is working for anyone on our internal IP or Hubspot, but not for anyone outside of that. How can we debug this?
I need more information to troubleshoot effectively. What do you mean by "not working?" Does the form fail to load or submit?

We're using Hubspot form api to submit the form (from our landing page to Hubspot). The api call seems to be working fine for internal IP, but not for anyone outside (she tried form submission at home with personal laptop).

Have the failing test submissions been using Fountain email addresses or addresses that already exist as contacts in your database?
