We are using segment to integrate into Hubspot and are using the identify call. When the contact is created our plan name is being created and posted correctly, however it is not updating when the contact upgrades to a new plan in our product. We have intercom integrated with segment as well using the same field, and it is being updated in intercom real time via segment. What do we have to do to get the same flow of data in Hubspot, this is critical as this affects our ability to nurture etc.
