We are having issues hitting the 40,000 daily limit and can’t figure out why.
Our software does some syncing of contacts to update some status fields. We also use an integration with Rain King that syncs some contact info.
Can someone at Hubspot please provide some guidance on how to troubleshoot these problems. We would love some sort of log to see all of the API requests, a report of IP address the traffic is coming, anything that could help.
It is quite frustrating to be hitting these limits and getting no help from the Hubspot support team on how to troubleshoot this.
