Anybody can you please tell me what the meaning of 415 response from api? In response body and header is empty. so not understanding what the issue in my request.
Hi @saiful, 415 responses usually indicate unsupported media types, which often arise from the lack of appropriate Headers set. Make sure you have those present. That said, that was just my gut feeling on this - I'll need your App ID, and an example of a contact where you expect a timeline event to be created in order to dig into this
