Select HubDB rows using known contact properties

Hi there,

Does anyone know if it is possible to use properties in the contact record of a known visitor to specify which rows of a HubDB table? So, similar to smart content but rather than showing an alternative piece of text, showing all the rows which have the matching value?

A client wants to build a content library. In addition to filtering and searching, which we know how to do with HubDB, they want to personalise the content when the visitor lands based on segmentation stored in the contact's properties. This should happen on load, without any user interaction.

Is this even possible?
