Single send API not always sending email requested


we use the single send api to send transactional email to our clients. For a same process, we noticed that sometimes the email is not sent as expected however the sending email address is correct. It is just like the api is not responding. we know that there is a maximum number of api call in a defined time but even if we increase the volume of api call possible, it is not working. Do you have an idea about this issue ?

Are you getting any specific error messages? Do the emails send correctly after a retry? You can include the sendId parameter to guarantee that only one email will be send, even if you have to retry the send:
