[Solved] Coded Templates: Forms Broken

On coded templates, all the footer scripts are injected twice, once in standard_header_includes (wrong!!), once in standard_footer_includes (ok).

This cause a duplication of forms.js that corrupts some functionalities of form validation, especially if some checkboxes are used (validation and submitting stop working).

Edit:
We found a double inclusion of the base html, one in extends and another one in an include tag.
