This hapikey (xxxx-xxx) does not have proper permissions! (requires any of [content-access])

I am trying to fetch few templates to list them for use it in dropdown, however I am getting below error

This hapikey (xxxx-xxx) does not have proper permissions! (requires any of [content-access])

It works fine with hapikey of my test-dev-xxxxxxx.com account, however it does not work with real account’s hapikey.

Please help me to resolve this.

Hi @sukhvir_kushwah

The hapikey for a portal would only have access to the APIs for the tools that the account would have access to. If your main account only has access to the Sales/CRM tools, or is a Marketing Free account, you won’t have access to the content-related APIs. The same would be true for the Developer HAPIkey from a developer account, since that would only have access to the developer tools.
