This hapikey(xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) does not have proper permissions! (requires all of [event-analytics-api-access]

SOLVE

Getting the permission denied error while trying to make the following call

https://api.hubapi.com/reports/v2/events?hapikey=xxxxxxxxxx

. Before anyone says use the original Hubspot CRM account, I've already tried doing that so NO I'm not making the api call using a dev account.

Thanks, @jpatidar.

Account 2484276 has access to the free versions of Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub, so that's why you're unable to create or retrieve enterprise events.

If you do want to test event functionality, though, you can create a test account from your developer account's Testing tab. Test accounts automatically get access to Enterprise subscriptions, so if you use that account's API key, you shouldn't encounter this error.

Welcome, @jpatidar.

Events and the associated APIs require an Enterprise-level subscription. Can you confirm your Hub ID?
